Magnolia Blossoms was created in 2019 as part of my LIGHTWORKER series which premiered at Melanie Carr Gallery in Essex, CT in 2019. I use the foot of my heal to paint these abstract works as part of the series aiming to provide a sense of deep peace and desire for wholeness, healing, and the unity of mind, body, and spirit. This one reminds me of the colors of the large magnolia tree in the front of my grandparents' old home. The tree was a symbol of growth, strength, and the carefree whimsy of childhood. The painting is 18x24inches on black canvas and I can customize a frame for you.
